Amazing custom ring! – We always thought that we would go with Blue Nile when buying an engagement ring, but we're very pleased to have chosen Brilliant Earth. What convinced us was that Brilliant Earth sold conflict-free diamonds and used recycled precious metals. The best part was that this did not make the rings more expensive. So Happy! – My husband and I purchased my engagement ring together. We were looking for conflict free diamonds and environmentally friendly manufacturing. We work hard to live a green life. However, this ring is more stunning than it's non-ethical counterparts. The diamond is incredible, and the representatives were instrumental in finding the perfect choice. Beautiful Mother's Day Gift – Nearly 6 months ago, my husband and I had our first beautiful daughter, Eliza. Today was my first mother's day, which was exciting enough, but my husband decided to surprise me with gorgeous Brilliant Earth earrings. They're delicate and feminine, yet extremely noticeable. Great Customer Service – I originally looked at Brilliant Earth because they carry conflict free jewelry. However, the best aspect of working with Brilliant Earth was their customer service. I worked with the representatives on a custom ring for 3 months. I wanted an original ring, but I really had no idea where to begin. They worked with me to find the right style and little touches that my now wife loves. They checked in with me regularly throughout the process, and shipped the ring out on time.
