Thank you, Brilliant Earth – I worked with one of their Reps named Ryan. I sent my gf in around Xmas time to take a look around and see what she liked. She gave me some great ideas and Ryan emailed me all the details seeing I was not going to be able to make it to their store in person. He made the process very easy and seamless and was able to answer all off my millions of questions and emails with no sales pressures. Strongly Recommended – We had a great experience working with Brilliant Earth, and I highly recommend them even for those (like us!) located on the East Coast who may be worried about purchasing from a store they'll never set foot in... Great, very quick – I was in the market for a great ring and I found it here. This place is great for those people that need to shop online due to their schedule. The ordering is easy and they take the time to call and confirm your order to insure that you receive what you want. The ring was delivered on time and was perfect! Very pleasant experience – I initially was intrigued with this company because of their ethical practices and then I fell in love with one of the designs from the website but wanted to see it in person before committing to anything. Their office isn't glamourous but hey you pay for the glamour when you shop at brick & mortar stores. Matching Earrings! – Just received a pair of Brilliant Earth diamond earrings for my one year anniversary to pair with my Brilliant Earth engagement ring and wedding ring! Great – I had a great experience purchasing an engagement ring from Brilliant Earth. They were very helpful and pleasant. I totally botched the size measurement and they were happy to take the ring back and re-do it so that it fit free of charge. The rings are expensive though. I guess you pay for what you get though, because the ring and diamond were of a very high quality and I really appreciate the high ethical standard of this company.

Fast and Easy – I purchased an engagement ring from Brilliant Earth and it was an outstanding process all around. I was initially drawn to Brilliant Earth because of the guarantee of conflict-free, recycled metals. But I actually also really enjoyed customizing my own ring online. The ring turned out exactly as it appeared online and it shipped a few days earlier than I had expected. The only issue was that the ring was a size too big.
