I brought a bracelet for my girlfriend recently and the link on the bracelet to hold both ends together has broke and no where to be seen, fortunately the bracelet itself was not lossed, I will be going to the store in a couple days to try get a repair I will do a update here on how it goes. Very disappointed for how much money it cost.

I visited Brighton today and whilst walking down the laines near your shop, I noticed that someone had stolen rings from one of the stands and they were dropping them. I took the time to pick the rings up and walk back on myself to return the stock I had found and make the owner aware of the stolen rings and found it to be your stall they were taken from. Absolutely useless staff, tried to come around 3 separate times to get a repair done and I could not get hold of anyone who actually does repairs, they would give me days to come back and nobody is ever there to help. the teen on the front desk didn’t even know how the shifts worked or couldn’t provide a contact for whoever does repairs

Bought the wrong size, wore it over the day, came back later and by showing the receipt could rearrange the size. Even bought another one. Very friendly, and kind staff. Polished every ring carefully. Recommendations!

Really great service from Brighton Silver - I ordered 2 rings for a birthday present and despite measuring I ordered completely the wrong sizes. Even though they were sale items Brighton Silver very kindly allowed me to send them back to be exchanged for the correct sizes and didn’t charge me postage for the replacements. Lovely jewellery and really good prices.
