Good customer service, fast response but unwilling to reasonably bargain on the vehicle price even though vehicle is overpriced at almost $3000. Tried to offer me $350 for a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Low ballers

I received two phone calls from Brighton Ford. The trucks they had on hand were not what I was looking for and they offered to continue to look and would notify me if they came across a truck that met my needs. They seem very friendly and helpful.

I am going to buy a truck from Brighton Ford. However, they are the most difficult dealer I have worked with in my lifetime. Very unaccommodating always say "no" to every request. The truck is a good deal but will not take the truck for service to Brighton. Very difficult to work with!!
They responded quickly. A little hitch in financing expectations but it all worked out.
Jacob responded right away and followed up after. The car was sold but he is looking for another deal for me.
