I met with Kyle Gardner and Maynard Morrison to check out a Hyundai Sonata I found online. They both were very well-informed and informative, and I enjoyed the time I spent there test- driving the car and learning about the vehicle.

Dealer contacted me next day. Unfortunately car was sold.
We paid cash for the vehicle and worked with 2 different salesmen. Kenneth was great and very attentive to our needs. Kyle was not “all that”. You would think he didn’t want to sell the vehicle. And service after the sale was terrible. Kyle was very condescending to me and did not do as promised. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because we had a good experience with Kenneth and Rudy.
Im not happy. I filled out a credit application on Tuesday, received cobfirmation of approval on Wednesday. Immediately asked for it to be sent to my bank to see if my bank would give me a better deal. Made it CLEAR I wanted the vehicle. Bank did not get the paperwork til Saturday. Spoje with Brighton Ford, again made it clear I wanted the vehicle. Got a call today...Monday...that the vehicle was sold Saturday night.
