Dealer responded fast. I couldn't test drive right away since I live in los angeles. Asked for pictures of EVERY scratch and dent. I got extra pictures right away of very tiny scratches. I appreciate the effort to make sure there were no surprises. Unfortunately, due to travel costs to pick up the car, we were not able to agree on a price. Car looked great and priced fairly. Seems like a good dealership
