Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a car dealer. Be aware when working with this dealership, they will hide things about their used vehicles and not tell you about them. That is what they did to me, and after the sale when I asked why things weren't disclosed, they told me this is a used car and THEY DON'T HAVE TO DISCLOSE THAT. I thought these practices do NOT happen at reputable dealerships (especially not a Ford dealer).
