I felt I was being played, especially by the so-called "financial guy." He had me signing papers about the loan but in among them was a "Service Contract" which he seemed to brush over. It was folded so I didn't see that it included a price of over $2,000 for limited repair services. He did say that I should bring the truck to their facility but I could use one closer to my home if I needed to (I'm a 50 minute drive). Said item was sold. The price makes we skeptical that they had the van at all.
I made initial contact with dealer through email wanting more basic information and if the vehicle was still for sale.Got a few text messages but never a call from anyone.No big deal but had rather talked to someone than play text and did find out from a text the vehicle they listed on ebay had been sold.I will keep looking.
Our salesman Ashot did a wonderful job at accommodating us as a walk in and helped us get straight to the point on pricing. Even after several calls from me trying to get a lower price, Ashot remained professional and patient. The used car we looked at was in great condition. Only two flaws that I could pick out and they were minor. I did not give a five star simply because we ended up having to pass on the car due to other circumstances and I don't know how the final purchase and delivery would have been.
Very easy car buying experience. They were responded to me very quickly, answered all my questions and I purchased the car I love!
