Dealer responded in a timely manner but had listed the vehicle with navigation which I was looking for but in reality it did not have it in the truck I inquired about. Won't hold it against them, just an error.
Great job by the entire staff. I called ahead to look at a specific truck and when I got there it was sitting out front ready for me. That was at 11:00 am. When I told the salesperson,Maynard,that I had to leave,deal or no deal,by 2:00 to pick up my kids from school he simply said"no problem". With two vehicles to trade in,and negotiations,and financing paperwork,and a second detail job I drove home in my new truck at exactly 2:00.
