Servando was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had CarGurus add me to the list to watch the price of the vehicle. In the meantime Brighton Ford contacted me by text and email. Unfortunately the manager was not able to offer the deal that we requested. So, we purchased from a different dealer.
I wasn’t impressed with the internet sales side of things so I bought a pickup at another dealership. Internet sales told me the price had on the internet was the best price they could offer and that is simply not the truth in my opinion
Dealer contact was timely and courteous. Was not willing to negotiate on an overpriced vehicle.
Easy to do business with and brought my new vehicle home.
