I ended up with exactly the car I wanted, at a no-hassle price, without pressure to add services I was interested in, in a professional manner!
They did not appeared interested in selling the car to me due to my trade-in. I have a 2016 Ford Taurus SEL AWD with 25600 miles. I intended to add some cash to the deal. There was little of the normal enthusiasm from dealerships. To be fair I would say I got two calls.

Good follow up but have decided not to follow up on the vehicle for personal reasons.
Prompt follow up. The vehicle had sold prior to my inquiry, but Jake let me know and followed up to see if there was anything else he could help me with.
