Great and Professional service!!! I've used Bright Touch Maids now for 2 years and have been completely satisfied. The staff is so friendly and they do a great, consistant job. I do recommend this service to friends.

I recently used Bright Touch Maids and the service was horrible. When they left my home they only dusted the front portion of my furniture and some places of my home was not even cleaned. The baseboards was in the same condition as when they arrived, I paid extra to have the dishes cleaned and the maid only loaded the dishwasher and never cleaned them. My windows was never cleaned, in other words my home was not properly cleaned. I called and talked talked to management and was told they would send out to view my home since ... read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE – I recently used Bright Touch Maids and the service was horrible. I use Bright Touch Maids periodically throughout the years. I've never had any problem in any area. The scheduling is easy, Staff is very polite and professional. Cleaning is clean! not wiped. The house always smells clean and looks clean. I would highly recommend this service. I have to many friends and they always comment on the service in the same manner as this review.

Very good in all areas of cleaning.... – Bright Touch Maids takes care of our commercial property and I saw they also clean homes. We had them clean our home to get it ready to sale. Our house sold in 2 weeks after there cleaning! We were so pleased, we now have them clean on a regular basis in our new home. All the staff is very professional and courteous. We would recommend this service highly.

Great cleaning service!! – I hired Bright Touch Maid Service to do a move out for me. When I went back to check their work, I found that they had done an amazing job! I was very pleased. Everything that had been promised was done. They were very thorough. Everything looked better than when I had moved into the apartment. They did not miss a single thing. I will certainly use them again. Thank you so much Bright Touch.

Horrible and Rude – This is probably the worst maid service I've ever used. Not only did they not do what their website says they would (clean, wash, fold 1 set of sheets, mop bathrooms, etc...), when I called to question this THEY discontinued my service. I know, I know, it's odd when a business cancels on it's customers but that's what they do. They perform a horrible job and keep those clients that do not complain. Not to mention it's been 4 weeks and still no sign of my key which they were suppose to return in the mail. ... read more
