Dr. Chong is the best dentist in town I’ve seen so far. Dental treatments have always been a nightmare for me due to a strong gag reflex. After I explained my gag reflex triggers, Dr. Chong guided me through relaxation techniques and allowed me to sit up regularly to rest and moisten my mouth every 15–20 minutes. For the first time, I got through the entire procedure without any gag reflex at all. Worst clinic ever...i called 1 week earlier and booked dental app and all days were full and in the end the counter staff gave me appt for thursday at 7.30pm..i also received the whatsapp message on the wednesday asking me to confirm the appt for thursday at 7.30pm....i arrived at the clinic with the patient and produced the IC but immediately the counter staff told me is it i have come to the wrong clinic..i showed her the message as proof but still she was releuctant and keep saying when i called and it may not be this cli... read more
receptionist was condescending and rude in my opinion. listed down the prices and acted like i couldn’t afford the surgery? Is this the customer service standard? disappointing.
I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Janice Soh! She has been absolutely amazing, patient, and professional throughout my treatment. I went in with a cracked tooth, and she gave me really insightful advice on how to handle it. The procedure itself was flawless and she showed so much compassion. If you’re looking for a dependable dentist, I highly recommend her!
