Geweldig hotel op een prachtige locatie aan de rand van Grasmere. Ruime luxe kamers met super comfortabele bedden. Personeel is vriendelijk en oprecht, van het luxe ontbijt dat dagelijks vers wordt bereid tot aanbeveling voor diner en uitjes. Heeft mijn eerste bezoek aan het lake district verheven tot een geweldige ervaring

Absolutely gorgeous room with a terrace. Great staff, brilliant breakfast and afternoon tea yet again. We will be back soon.

Roger and I stayed here last night what an amazing hotel, we stayed in a ground floor kingsize suite. Bed was amazing and we had the best sleep ever. We ate at the sister property The Inn at Grasmere food was lovely as ever. The best part of our stay was the outstanding customer service from Mobit and Richard. They couldn’t do enough to help us. Customer service was outstanding. Richard has just joined the team and is a great asset to this outstanding hotel. We will be back Thank You Angela and Roger

The staff were excellent, always had a nice smile and helpful manner. The self service system was excellent for us. The cooked breakfast was exceptionally good as was the fresh cream tea each day Grasmere is a nice place, it lacks places for an evening meal though, there are lots of places to eat during the day.

Nice cozy room, clean and fresh although the bed was not the most comfortable. Afternoon scones were a nice touch and having a conservatory to sit in to dodge the rain showers, a bonus. The full English breakfast was excellent and prepared to order by the chef.
