I did not buy my dress from Brides and Gowns but I had my alterations done there on my wedding dress. The service was excellent and they did a great job. Fiona, the very clever seamstress is really friendly and helpful. Thanks very much.

I did not have the amazing experience I expected! First off I was told there was wheelchair access (there’s a step but I assumed wheelchair access meant they had a ramp) there was not, we had to flag a taxi down to use their ramp. Then the lady I dealt with who I assume was the owner made me feel like my opinion was irrelevant...everything I said was shot down, for example I said I’d want a bra on or some cups, I was told I wouldn’t have them...my friend wanted me to try something on now granted I didn’t think it was me but ... read more
