We visited here at the weekend with my husband and 3 children. My middle child has severe learning disabilities and going out to eat is always something we avoid due to the stares and the pitying looks. So we stick to McDonald's etc. The staff looked after us so well, we didn't feel judged, infact my son was beautifully behaved think in part because the place was calming and as such we were calm and he picked up on that. A great little bistro/cafe to drop in on if you're out that way. Can't comment on the accommodation as we've never used it. This is a place which caters for disabled people very well indeed. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great location.
This is a set of holiday homes equipped for disabled people eg hoists, shower trolleys etc. A wonderful setup, great cafe and plenty of cheeky Ducks.
