Can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brian Birt carpets.From first walking into the shop,greeted with a friendly, non pushy atmosphere,Julie listened to what we thought we wanted,and came up with samples and suggestions,which were the carpets that we ended up choosing.Same with vinyl flooring,for both kitchen and bathroom,Julie was able to pinpoint the pattern for us straight away. We chose Brian Birts carpets when we needed new carpets downstairs after they did a fabulous job in our bedroom. The carpet fitters arrived on time were very friendly and did an excellent job of fitting the carpet in the lounge and dining room.They were very helpful moving some furniture back for us and cleaned up after they had finished . We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new flooring.
Absolutely outstanding service from the moment we walked in. Helpful and attentive without being pushy at all. We found a great selection of carpets to choose from and were able to take samples home to ponder our choice. What a lovely run friendly company they have proper professional employees and the work we had done by the company was fantastic just like the first job that we had done at our last address we have more work for the company with other floors in room's we've not decorated at this time we will always recommend the company when asked about who laid the floor well done lovely job.
