I got my wedding ring from them. The customer service, speed and knowledge was second to none. They were also really helpful with some of my partner’s jewellery even though it’s wasn’t originally purchased from them. I will definitely be back for further purchases.

Very disappointing customer service. I contacted them for a quote to have a few links removed from a gold-filled bracelet. Instead of a helpful response, I was met with, "What do you mean?"—delivered in a condescending tone. I replied, "You should know, as you're a jeweller," to which he responded, "I don't think I want to deal with you, as you were rude." For future reference, a better understanding of your own industry and clearer communication might prevent these kinds of misunderstandings.

Just been to get my wife's engagement ring from robert needed new diamond and new platinum setting.w done a fantastic job as always . Can recommend Robert to everyone.

Craftsmanship, attention to detail, personal service I could go on and on - having bought both my wedding and engagement ring from Brentwood Jewellers I highly recommend you visit.
