Omg this was never a hotel b/b at no sopush our room you couldn't swing a cat they say small double its a single no chair to sit on had to go to home bargains to buy a extension plug as there was no socket at the mirror absolutely awful towels were supposed white they were GRAY so discoloured absolutely awful 😕
Had a lovely two nights stay here with a cracking breakfast both mornings. Darren and Alison are great hosts. The room was really pretty, spotless and bed very comfortable. Location amazing for just dipping into the heart of Blackpool. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again, thanks very much for a really pleasant stay

It’s our second visit and both times everything was amazing. The rooms are spotless and we Love the breakfast. Darren and Alison are great and nothing is too much trouble. It’s definitely our go to hotel whilst in Blackpool to the point that when we plan our next trip if the Breen is full we would rather wait and rearrange our trip for when the Breen will have vacancies.
