About this business
The tavern that rose from two fires to be the oldest restaurant in all of the town, is worth going to see based on History alone. The food, too, is a delicious range of traditional, home-cooked fare, made from scratch. The buffet menu offers a different variety of dishes each day and the numerous pies for dessert are a truly mouthwatering end to the meal. There is an event hall that seats up to 150 people. You can also pick up a couple of souvenirs to remember the trip from the small shop before you leave.

Today was our very first visit to Breitbach's and it was WONDERFUL! My husband ordered the mushroom swiss burger and I ordered the grilled shrimp and veggies, we both LOVED our selections. Our waitress was very pleasant as was the rest of the staff we encountered. The restaurant was BEAUTIFULLY decorated and we purchased some wine from the little shop outside. We will highly recommend Breitbach's and look forward to visiting again very soon!!
