I really enjoyed the two hour work shop with Rita a couple of weeks ago. I'm not a regular yogi but found the class appropriate for my ability. Easier options on moves/poses were always offered which was great. The pace was steady. Instructions and explanations were clear and straightforward. Thank you Rita, I hope I can join you again for some Restorative yoga practice. Best wishes Alison 😊 🙏

I enjoyed the workshop very much. It was very informative, Rita was very welcoming and thorough with her instructions. She gave lots of differnt options with each move. It was nice to spend an evening practing yoga poses in a more relaxed and subtle way. I would recommed this workshop to anybody, its a great way to experience yoga as a beginner, but also the perfect way to learn more about how to be kind to the aches and pains you have in your body. I look forward to the next workshop to learn even more!! Thank you Rita x

A brilliant yoga workshop.Gentle stretching, relaxing tired muscles and improving nerve paths. Rita is a great teacher, giving clear instructions, tailoring each move to your individual abilities.With Rita's guidance I managed most positions, at times amazing myself with what I could achieve! The class was a good mix of yoga experience, from the very supple to the not so supple ( definitely me !). The time zipped by, I left feeling totally relaxed, it was great to have 2 hours devoted to me with no time for external worries ... read more

The experience worked well for me. Thank you Rita. I appreciated the opportunity to hold some of the poses for longer than usual in a one hour session. Your explanations are helpful, as is you offering us individual guidance to improve our poses.
