Brilliant experience!
After moving up north, I tried The Brazilian Waxing Company for a Hollywood wax based on their name and reviews. Big mistake. The staff was kind but inexperienced, couldn’t answer basic questions about their wax, and the room felt clinical with a full bin of used wax strips - not exactly hygienic. They used strips for my Hollywood wax, left lots of hair behind, and told me to “come sooner next time” even though I waited the standard six weeks. Fast, friendly service with no awkwardness
Incredible efficient service, expert hair removal with great attention to detail
Kind of false advertising because it's not "real" brazilian wax, which is hard wax done without the paper strips. Doesn't do as good a job when there are strips used. Very nice aesthetician! But disappointed.
