I have come here for years! Basically you must know what you want clearly and ask for it and your results will be brilliant. Personally I have had Brazilian blowouts from here with great outcomes, last much longer than other places. Also the cuts have been brilliant and long lasting. But you must know hair, like you cannot go for a Brazilian blowout after dying etc, and anything like dying or blow out tell them on the phone ahead what your hair history is.
