I contacted Bratt at 22:00 on a Tuesday evening via email after my roof started leaking and as I was under the impression that work they had previously completed was at fault I was a little blunt, not only did the respond early the next day but after determining that the leak was caused by a separate issue offered to effect repairs free of charge.
