Had the gutters cleaned and it was done properly. All the buildup was cleared out, water is flowing again, and they left the area clean when finished. Simple job, handled well.

I contacted Bratt Builders after finding them on the Federation of Master Builders' website. I was about to buy my house and the survey brought some minor issues up. I contacted Bratt at 22:00 on a Tuesday evening via email after my roof started leaking and as I was under the impression that work they had previously completed was at fault I was a little blunt, not only did the respond early the next day but after determining that the leak was caused by a separate issue offered to effect repairs free of charge.
