I took my rolex in for a service and adjustment to the clasp. The work was done quickly and the experience in the shop was excellent. I even got to meet the man himself Mr Bramwell. A true gentleman. Highly recommend.

Visited this store because I was informed and suggested it by other jewellers describing to to me the best in area I would consider it the worsed I was made to feel a millimetre small by the staff members rube stuck up ignorant and arrogant I am not wealthy by any means but I work hard for my money like everyone else so I would like to be treated the same as everyone else I was first in the Que I had rang up in advance to ask questions and ask if I needed an appointment I was told it wasn’t busy I arrived through to door to ... read more

Purchased a replacement wedding ring and band for my wife,made from her first rings, which had to be cut off.They could not have been more helpful,excellent service and the customer care was second to none as usual. Always well recommended,and I would go no where else, having used them for many years,a quality jeweler of quality.

Bramwells took my engagement ring in to replace the stone as it sadly sustained some quite serious damage right before I was due to celebrate my engagement and what incredible service from start to finish. They changed it from a Peridot to a Sapphire and had the ring back to me within 3 weeks. It looks more beautiful than ever I am over the moon. Thank you so much for your five star service. You are all brilliant :)
