Value is hard to find on Shetland, I get that and accept it. But our ‘superior double’ had a bed I wouldn’t offer my guests at home, very cheap mattress and outdated in decor and style. What was good was the quality of the food, very standard menu, but clearly made to come out quickly and tasty. Service was also good, and the breakfast crew was excellent and very efficient whilst serving good hot breakfasts. Value was there as well. Five stars for this fabulous hotel. Comfortable rooms. Clean. Facing line 23 bus service so convenient. Lovely, warm, efficient hotel réception staff. A big thank you to both Helen & Brian for their quick reactivity and efficiency. Fabulous breakfast duo team! Delicious breakfast served by consciencious, warm staff.

Rooms clean and tidy but very basic, breakfast ok, staff very friendly. Served a purpose for me visiting the Sullom Voe Terminal for work.
