Carpets all started coming up in less than a month,got grips coming through everywhere including on the stairs,stairs carpet wasn't even fitted properly so have to keep gluing it and now they're ignoring my messages.
Mrs rang for someone to come out to give us a quote for stairs and landing. Guy turns up stinking of fag smoke measures everywhere in under 3minutes right bye no quote no samples tells us to go the shop and they will sort everything else. The whole point of you coming out is to not have to go to the shop completely pointless
