Disgusting attitude from the staff. Just wanted to sell some bits that aren’t worn anymore but the guy in there just looked down his nose. Will never step foot back in there. Crazy to see so many 5* reviews. I’d give negative stars if I could! Will be taking our business elsewhere, Tazzali in Crayford has incredible service so will be going to them in the future.

Their in shop products are good, have purchased heaps over past years. Sadly their repair service, watches in particular relating to this post is poor and we found a rip off. Their so called watchmaker will try for a service, example was our quartz watch advising costs upto £170 when only a battery change was required, £5-£10. Shame used to be a good buisness.
