Having recently got engaged, I knew exactly where I'd purchase an engagement ring of quality and beauty. I drove from West Yorkshire to Bradley's on Low Petergate, York and I'd highly recommend this jeweller to anyone. Upon entering the shop Kay and her wonderful team were most attentive. When we got engaged in the summer of 2024, there was only one jewellers that I wanted to get my engagement ring from, Bradley’s in York. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who look after all their customers. We returned recently, to purchase our wedding bands. A big thank you to Shona who guided us with our selections on both occasions. Would highly recommend this independent, family owned business.
Excellent customer service from Jen and her colleague. Spent a long weekend in York and found a beautiful ring in Bradleys, a special treat for my golden wedding anniversary. It was resized and sent by special delivery to my home in Scotland. A perfect fit and I just love it.
What a fantastic team ! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, we were made to feel like we were part of the shop. We bought our wedding rings from here and wanted to give a massive shoutout to Zelda as she was nothing but attentive, she listened to what we wanted and instantly found what we were looking for and helped us make a decision on our dream rings. Zelda is very knowledgeable and definitely knows her stuff. We can not wait to collect our rings !
