I have been a customer of this jeweler for nearly 10 years, buying and selling gold along with numerous purchases of mechanical watches and straps from this establishment. Disappointed with battery replacement on my A1 condition Tissot watch this week. When I picked up the back was on upside down and damage done to the shoulder & back of the watch where the lady had tried to remove the back. I took it back same day to have the back put on the right way and the lady tried to polish out the marks which helped to a degree but still visible (as black scratched back to silver). Today we went into get some jewellery valued the very large women with the glasses was quite rude and patronising while talking to us. Seemed to think she was very clued up and when it came to giving us a price actually made a mistake and undervalued then overvalued the jewellery. I’d advise people to think again before coming into the place especially if she’s about. Very rude, hostile and obnoxious.

Popped in with a couple of watches, one not working, the other needed an extra link. First watch, changed battery and it still didn't work, was offered a service, but they said it was not worth it unless it was sentimental value. The other watch, link was replaced, but then the clasp needed adjusting. All done within 10 minutes while waiting. Excellent service and advice, very reasonable prices. Would recommend highly, many thanks.
