Went in to collect my wedding ring that needed re sizing and had the gem from my engagement ring added to it , what a GREAT job they did , so Delighted , what an AMAZING team they have at the Wroxham Branch . ❤️
Sadly, this is the third time in the last year or two that I’ve brought something in to be repaired, waited ages, and then gone to collect it and found misinformation meant Bradley Hatch hadn’t even started working on it. They hung on to my broken barometer to replace the glass cover for almost 6 months and kept telling me it was being worked on. Then when I pushed them I was told they hadn’t even started on it. I have been on the hunt for a very specific watch since its recent launch. I ended up contacting the head office of the brand who in turn pointed me towards BH. I had a great experience with Daniel who helped source the watch as it had not quite been released. Daniel was about to get a sample watch to be sent for me to view before purchase. Excellent service. Thanks again to the team in the shop who were all friendly and helpful. I will for sure be returning.
Over the years we have purchased numerous items our most outstanding were a gold pocket watch chain and diamond encrusted masonic cuff links. We have also had numerous alterations carried out to rings my most recent being a mens diamond wedding/engagement ring which I had sadly out grown, even enlarging it by two sizes did not affect the diamond settings which was always a worry.
