BR Flooring have been great. We had carpet fitted on the stairs and upstairs a few years ago and have now had Amtico flooring installed on the whole ground floor, which looks great. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. An extensive selection in store and excellent advice from Justin and Anita. Photos are of the Roger Oates stair runner that was bought from BR Flooring. A statement piece that finishes off the look we were going for. We also went for carpet from BR Flooring in both the living room and all of the upstairs. Highly recommend.
BR Flooring have carpeted various rooms in our house in Petts Wood over the last 14 years. We had this one done in March ‘26. They have been fantastic every time. Quick to measure up, quick to fit, and always polite and helpful.
We had the best experience with BR flooring and couldn’t recommend them highly enough, we’ll absolutely come back next time we need flooring. Justin was so helpful and even though it took a year to get to install because of delays my end he was patient and helped even with a last minute product change. The fitters were brilliant too, they were polite, punctual, friendly and efficient. They also did an amazing job with a really tricky raised threshold and other quirks left by our builders. Not a fault to be found, thank you!
