Love this place! Staff is amazing always have events for the residents. I have had only two minor issues and they came out the next day to fix. Love this place and the staff.
This apartment complex is a giant construction site. They have been doing construction on our unit for the past month making it unlivable. At this moment they are removing the patio and exterior wall materials. The noise is so loud you cannot be in the apartment during the day. I don't know how they expect someone to pay for apartments that are under construction. I don't know why they cannot wait until we leave the unit before they start construction.
would not recommend this place. I have had multiple bad experiences with management and their business practices. Before I renewed my lease a couple months ago i asked if my apartment will be renovated during the length of my new lease, I was told no. There was extensive water damage about a month ago and I received a notice stating that everyone had to leave by Feb. At the office I was told my options were to find another place to live or pay 300$ more a month for a different apartment, and that they were not responsible fo... read more
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Don't move here. Period.
Happy I moved in here. interior of the apartments is great, and now getting all new doors/windows and exterior. I still believe this is the best value for south tampa being on the water and having amenities.
