Horrible place to live. Will trap you in thousands of dollars in fees. Valet trash is a joke and they will let your trash sit for days. Cortland attempted to make us pay two months of extra rent because we failed to give them notice, but according to the Florida statute they were using to entrap us THEY were actually the ones in violation, not us. This is a beautiful property with cute apartments. Plus you get a FANTASTIC staff when you rent!!!!!!! You won't find a better office.
