RecommendedThe bend at broad has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived at in Columbus, I wish rent was a bit cheaper haha but you get what you pay for. The office staff is always nice, the guy manager with the blond hair helped us get moved in and he was very helpful
RecommendedThe bend at broad rocks! I’ve been here since I graduated from school and it’s been perfect to start my new life! I work at Mount Carmel East and it’s a short commute which is nice. I can get fresh groceries everyday too because I drive past a Menards, Kroger, and Giant Eagle on the way home!

With the hustle and bustle of moving I totally fogot about storage and Ms. Debbie once again came to the rescue. Thank you 😉It has been pretty quiet here through the day and night. Clean property, clean pool area, and friendly staff.
The apartment complex was bought out and new management has taken over. I didnt realize how negligent they were until after I renewed my lease (lord help me). My closet broke 5 months ago, FIVE FREAKING MONTHS AGO, and they STILL have not fixed it. The leasing agents and managers make promises they can't keep and I used to recommend this place to everyone but definitely not anymore. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Not worth it.
We had our car hit by a rock from the neighbors across the road from us. Absolutely nothing was said by upper management. We stayed on the lower floor in room 1013. When heavy rain came or during winter time, the floor would sweat bad and seep water in (we are not the only ones that had this issue). We had mold on the baseboards, floor and windows. The staff literally NEVER works or answers the phone. The pool is NEVER open. Why do I pay for these amenities when they are never available? My car was towed out of the parking lot due to lack or parking. People park on the sides of the parking lot everywhere (tacky). They shut the water off all day last week to fix an “emergency maintenance issue” and I just got word they are shutting it off all day tomorrow for the same issue. The water needs to be shut off due to different water lines around the property needing essential repairs.
