The renovations are annoying. Don't move here.and if you do live here and your lease is up move before they get to,renovating the outside of your building.
I owned homes for 18 years and wasn't sure how I would feel about apartment living again. So far it's great no complaints!
Absolutely do not move here, very unorganized and the renovations they are working on are poorly planned and make living here miserable. The only pro to living here is being able to access the dock(which my south side dock was locked for a month and half due to renovations( which were replacing two planks and 1 beam) how does that take over a month?! There's no parking at night, the upkeep is horrendous; I suggest never considering this as a viable option unless no where else will take you.
