I cannot say enough about the staff at Bowery. The value is really there. The management company has really put money into the property making the value count. I absolutely love living here and will only leave if I purchase a house. I haven't been to any of the events but they always look fun and there are plenty. Definitely recommend living here.
RUDE MANAGER!! Never in my life have I had a manager of an apartment complex raise their voice at me, while across the office when I wasn’t even speaking with her. She is always so rude, I hate going into the office because she will be there. Not to mention my apartment was not finished when I moved in. They had to replace the ceiling fan, finish my patio, and paint my shower because water is leaking and they like to temporarily fix things. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Moved in September. Place is nice, a little small for what you pay. Understaffed, but they do what they can which is appreciated. The poor review comes from a neighbor above us, and how the situation has been handled until now. They leave the dog out howling and management does nothing except call the owner. 5 hours later and still nothing but call the owner. They mopped their wood patio and water dripped down into our patio. Today their dog went on their patio and dripped down into our patio. I called in quite upset and was... read more
My husband recently went on TDY and told front office. Within this time period packages were delivered to our apartment complex. We were notified that they were going to open the door and place them in. Come to find out not only did the staff at this establishment NOT place the boxes into our apartment. But someone had broken into our apartment and stole multiple items from our home. And to top it all off, 2 neighbors called the main office telling them a man was seen crawling into our window.
