Placed maintenance request for no running water 30 min before closing time. No response from the maintenance team, I guess It’s not deemed essential/emergency.

I recently moved in (just over a month now), and I am loving it so far! The best thing for me was how the whole process was handled by the leasing staff, Marissa in particular. I was out-of-town up until the day i moved in, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism from the Bowery Team. From all the apartments I looked at, the friendliness, knowledge and willingness to assist of the staff here was unsurpassed. Well done Bowery, and thank you Marissa!

I have lived at Bowery Bayside for 3 years and I have no plans to leave anytime soon! Marissa helped me through the leasing process and is always available for any assistance I need. Quiet, pretty community in a great part of Tampa. Definitely would recommend!
