Highly recommend this complex! We decided to live here after heavy consideration/research and this complex was the best choice between amenities, space/storage, pricing, overall niceness/etc. The location by the bay is unbeatable and the facilities are clean. The manager, Marissa, has been super helpful and communicative throughout the entire application to moving in process, even when I did not expect it. Maintenance orders have been filled quickly and easily. Definitely recommend living here!

I honestly had a lot of questions and she was able to answer every single one of them. Leasing personnel are very personable and helpful. Great gym and 2 pools! Perfect location to access local restaurants, shopping centers, and the airport.
Visited a friend and fell in love with the modern look of the apartments and bay views. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have events for their residents. Had a chance to attend the blood drive they had recently. it was nice to be able to give back.
Love living at Bowery Bayside! The views of the water are to die for and the staff/tenants are all respectful and helpful! Marissa was able to help me from start to finish of my leasing journey. Any time I have any questions she is always more than willing to help.
