RecommendedHad a great time living at Bowery Bayside for over two years. Mostly dealt with Mary in the front office and she was always helpful with everything. Great complex and easy to work with!
Don’t live here!!!! Termites everywhere, my electric outlets don’t work half the time, valet trash doesn’t do their job most of the time, found a dead armadillo in the pool, floors uneven, and constantly having to put in service requests for things breaking over and over. Management just wants to move people to other buildings which have the same problems. This place is falling apart!! Run as far as you can from this place!
RecommendedOffice staff are all great, friendly, and helpful people. Service requests are always completed in a timely manner. Grounds are always nice and clean. Would recommend living here to anyone.
RecommendedWe have lived here for five months. Everything Mary told us was here and the lifestyle is exactly correct. We love living here the only thing better would be is if they had three bedrooms. Mary always makes a point to say hi and keep us updated with everything that’s going on. We love it here.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! They are absolutely not concerned with taking care of their residents. It is very expensive for one. They also have a towing service that will come into the complex in the middle of the night to tow cars that are parked in reserved spots- even though you’re a resident. Find somewhere else to live.
RecommendedWe lived at Bowery for two years and loved our little apartment by the water! The maintenance guys are the nicest people and so quick to respond to service requests. I’ll miss going to the market for a quick bite as well as the quiet dock overlooking Tampa bay. I waited until moving out to write a review as that process can sometimes change your opinion but it was simple and easy and although we were charged some fees they were well documented and fair. Thanks Bowery Bayside!
