Very helpful staff! Marissa answered my numerous calls every day when inquiring about living here! Always very pleasant & helpful. The price can seem a little high at first, but the amenities make it worth it!
I just moved in but I’m LOVING it so far. Very friendly staff. Marissa was extremely helpful in getting me moved in quickly and efficiently and was great with communicating back and forth with me. The community is very dog friendly. My pup loves it here almost as much as I do!
I just signed the lease with my partner and based on the reviews I am concerned but we shall see, I’ll come back in 15 months
Don’t live here , COCKROACH INFESTED APARTMENT, moved in and have been dealing with staff that doesn’t care about the quality of life for their tenants and have been living with cockroaches for six months with no sign of change

Been dealing with mold since we transferred to another complex and kept saying we were good then it came back again . I have no trust for them especially since I’m currently pregnant and already am in high risk. 👺 all they want to do is keep vacuuming it up and finally talked them into replacing the whole floor after we had a flood, ( they kept saying if they start and don’t see any in one spot then they’re gonna stop replacing the floor). If you value a solid nights rest and expect to not be woken up by unruly tenants after midnight, this is NOT THE PLACE you want to rent from. The staff take no serious action against unruly tenants, no serious consequences or evictions even after several several noise complaints, so tenants continue bad behavior without regard to other tenants around them.
