We stayed here the night before my wedding and Dee was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. They’d even let us check out at 1pm! Would stay again

Stayed at the hotel on 7/8/23. Beautiful room , lovely staff , especially Dee. Unfortunately we didn't appreciate being woke up at 6am to join in with an aerobic class with a microphone shouting 1-2-3-4 over and over and the beat of thumping music . Would think twice about booking it again. Was there for a wedding, so it was well after midnight before we went to bed

I recently stayed at the hotel for a friend’s wedding. 6 of us stayed in one of the apartments - it was a really excellent suite, everything that you need for a weekend, and it was also genuinely lovely - really tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy and I slept well. It’s probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We stayed here the night before and night of our wedding and it was perfect. I had some requests on specialised key card covers and putting boxes in our guests room before arrival which Dee happily accommodated. Our rooms were cleaned and tided and the recycling taken away from the night before which really helped with the clean up the day of leaving. We didn’t have much time in our suite the night of so we’ll definitely be coming back at some point to stay and enjoy it then. Thanks again
