Hello, I had my hair done at your salon yesterday, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The stylist who worked on my hair seemed careless and unprofessional. She didn’t pay attention to my hair at all — the color turned out very uneven, the haircut was poorly done, and the hair wash wasn’t clean. I enjoyed my visit to Buoyage..I ad booked with Krishna who was off sick but Jaycee stepped in.Her work was professional and she was friendly.I was going to a wedding and she helped me choose the shade I wanted.I was very pleased with my gels.I have been to Buoyage many times and always had similar results.

The haircut looks worse than my baseline. Two different heights which looks odd. I wouldn’t recommend. My hair looks really weird now Im not sure if it was a lack of skills or malicious intent

I had a balayage done today by Nicola and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The colour and blend is exactly what I wanted and what we discussed at the beginning of the appointment. Nicola made the experience very enjoyable and gave me advice on how to maintain my hair in the future. I would highly recommend her to anyone- such a lovely hairdressers!
