Bad Experience - buyer beware - When I purchased my vehicle from Bournival Jeep they at the very last minute, they did not honor the published TrueCar Price. They said that it was a TrueCar error. It cost my wife and I about $1000 more. We had so much time and energy invested in the process. The process left us with a very bad feeling and buying experience. We've not heard from TrueCar or Bournival as to how this error happened?

I cannot express how much I LOVE Bournival. I have purchased all my Wranglers from them and just had a friend purchase her Compass from them. Everyone is really great there but Jess in Finance and Mike in service are the reason they are the only Jeep dealer I’ll go to! We went there today after going to another jeep place and the salesman we spoke with was more interested in what the other jeep place offered us than he was with trying to find us what we wanted. He even went so far as to search the other company online to check their inventory to see what they were offering. And then coming back to us saying how bad the other company was. We found Bournival jeep to be very unprofessional do not ever plan to take our business there again
