Extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership !! You'd think they've never heard of customer service!! When you buy a used car with warranty and after just one week of owning it stuff starts going wrong with it, you'd expect them to take care of it, not only are they not taking care of it but they made sure to tell me that I'd have to pay for my own rental car, while I try to figure out what's wrong with it. What a joke. Never again.
So it's been almost a year since I posted my initial review of Bournival Jeep and my bad. So after my first visit and post I was contacted multiple times by several of the sales and management team at the dealership. I was given time to be heard about my concerns and how disappointed I was. The water pump on our Jeep Wrangler failed while on the highway, and we had the good fortune to take the exit not far from Bourvinal Jeep. The service and workmanship were outstanding. All I can say is if you own a jeep, these people have your back.
