12/27/19 Absolute S#@! show! 2 days of life wasted here. Sales Mngr (John B) had us scheduled for a test drive in a vehicle that wasn't even onsite & unavailable (70 min round trip). Had to come back next morning. After test drive & accessing trade-in....started working up deal only to discover the vehicle listed for $40,222 was now revised to $54,113. Supposedly a mistake when originally listed! Management down.. was very unorganized & seem to care less about customer's time.
RecommendedWent here with a failed headlight and they replaced it right away as we were leaving on a trip next day. And found out it was covered under warranty! Thanks Bournival Jeep

Ryan was so welcoming and greeted us right away- we had a specific used vehicle we were looking for and in the pouring rain Ryan brought both out and showed us everything in detail- even measuring the trunk space for us while holding umbrellas!
