I had a terrible experience with the service manager Kelly. She was rude and disrespectful and was caught in 2 lies about the work done to my car. They did work on my car without my authorization which was supposed to be covered by warranty changed the scope of the work to get around the warranty and then tried to charge me for it. I would never give them my business again.

RecommendedAlways have the best customer service here. Until I bought my Wrangler two years ago I had never returned to a dealer for any services because of how I’d been treated at them in the past. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and service is fairly quick. And of course Mike in service ... he is the prime example of excellent customer service!! Great guy
bought new jeep compass 1/15. drove 120 miles and it's in shop since monday with no ETA for parts. had to call to get update. still no word on this experience from manager/owner. #wtf

RecommendedIan Mitchell and Jessica Gorman and everyone else at Bournival Jeep were the best team I've spoken to in the Auto industry and I've been from Maine to Kansas and NH. They worked endlessly and tirelessly to get us what we needed. Bournival can't be beat.

Horrible sales and customer service!!! Bought a wrangler pre owned, within weeks the battery died, roof leaked, and transmission lines were leaking. Since I didn’t have time to get the vehicle in for service immediately, I was denied coverage. Ryan never informed nor handed me any warranty info, I was unaware of the 3 month time frame. Dale made it clear that he would rather argue than back up his vehicles. I’m glad I got such a “great deal” on a Jeep that is falling apart. Extremely shady folks.
