They have responded to two of my emails Iâll be in somewhat belated fashion. But, in their first email response they suggested I use text or phone calls to communicate as they donât check emails that frequently. Totally transparent. I am happy with them so far.

Everything went good up until we sat down to discuss the price, I asked the salesperson to let the manager know that I was offering $25,000 for the vehicle and he refused stating we don't haggle over the price of vehicles, the prices are set to sell. I thanked him and walked out. I would have at least liked the salesperson to take my fair offer over to the manager for review.

This is correct, we do not negotiate our pricing. I am not sure why we would receive a 1 star rating because of it. I call the dealership at 9am on 8/6/20 i spoke to some girl about the car, today 6/25/20 still waiting on call back.... Maybe because im a Spanish male looking for a car, i didnt get service... But having a 785 credit score probably help me on my search, i ended up getting the same car in Seekonk the same day

They where very helpful over the phone, prior to my appt. I was helped immediately upon my arrival, Sat. @ 9:30am. I had follow up questions after my visit. The sales person responded immediately to my emails. I didn't end up buying at this time but will be back when I'm ready.
