Car was great and was planning to purchase but unfortunately i waited 3 long hrs for my turn to go into finance manager and ended up leaving

We do our best to get every customer in and out within 45 minutes from when they say they are ready to purchase. 3 hours is not acceptable and frankly hard for me to believe. Got an appointment to look at a specific truck. By the time I got there, the next day, that truck and every other in which I was interested, was under agreement. Dealership was super busy and staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, although I was told the volume of customers coming and going was "about normal.". There was no follow up from the salesperson after my visit. I purchased from another dealer in the area.

I went there with an appt, on a Friday, (and drove an hour and a half to get there) and spent entirely too long there, with a 5 year old. They were overbooked for sure. I was alittle annoyed while there (it was hot, we were all wearing masks-it was like a 7-7.5 hour day between travel and time there) but definitely felt bad for everyone there that day, especially the staff.
