I was very unhappy with the purchase of my car. I bought the car and they took two weeks to deliver it to us when they said it would only be two-three days. Three days after I got my car, several warning lights turned on on my dashboard and I brought it to my local Honda and they said that there is a serious problem with the engine.

It was fast and no pressure. I picked it up the next day. After the fact, I think they should stress any Covid things they do. I donât know if they disinfect the vehicle before the test drive.

Dealer rep contacted me right away and thankfully pointed out that the car I was looking at was a manual shift which I didn't notice so it was not something I was comfortable with but will keep my eyes open for another vehicle within the next few week.s

Awesome dealer, great experience, and great staff. Had the best deal and the best my financing offer. Got the car and everything was taken care of there. Drop off not happy about another monthly car loan but was very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Bourne Auto, great dealership with fair prices.
